Cancellation of booking may be not only fool but also partial. Calculation of unemployed funds is carried out in accordance with the time when cancellation is occured.
Cancellation
- Before the date of arrival:
To cancel your booking enter the system using your login and select "Services", then open your order and push the button "Cancel booking". In this case the hotel will receive automatic notification about cancellation and the unemployed funds will be transfered back to your credit card within 3 banking days.
- On the date of arrival or after the date of arrival:
In case of failed arrival or early departure you can make a request for payback of unemployed funds. In case of failed arrival or early departure you can make a request for payback of unemployed funds. Enter the system using your login and select "Services", then open your order and push the button "Request for payback". Then your request will be processed in the hotel and after scrutiny the unemployed funds will be transfered back to your credit card. Message with scrutiny results will be sent to your e-mail.
Repayment calculation
- Full cancellation:
The sum of payment descreased by the cost of booking (in most cases is absent) if the cancellation is accured earlier than 24 hours before the date of arrival.
- The sum of payment descreased by the cost of booking (in most cases is absent) and the cost for the first night if the cancellation is accured within 24 hours before the date of arrival.
- Partial cancellation:
The sum of payment descreased by the cost of booking (in most cases is absent) and the cost for services already provided to the client.
Attention: In all cases of repayment the hotel returnes sum less 4% (equalization fee).
